TSP was founded in 1994 under the name of Service Plus providing recruitment services to Oil & Gas companies operating in the South of Algeria.

Through growth and continued success over 9 years of operation, Service Plus was replaced by Team Source Petroleum in 2003 in order to continue global growth of operations in the Oil and Gas Sectors.

TSP was formed by Fatima and Salem AMIAR, who remains on the Board of Directors today.

The company remains in the private ownership of the AMIAR family who are committed to promoting the highest standards of customer care, as the customer is at the center of all of our business operations.
